Ook zijn aangepaste trajecten bespreekbaar.<br>Vergoeding door de zorgverzekeraar is mogelijk. Kijk hiervoor bij het tabblad vergoedingen, of neem contact op met je zorgverzekeraar. Omdat je vergoeding krijgt vanuit je aanvullende polis, zal dit geen consequenties hebben voor voor je eigen risico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\">De praktijk is gevestigd in Hillegom, in de wijk Elsbroek. Binnen een straal van 10 km vanaf de praktijk kom ik gratis naar u toe.
