Ik moet eerlijk toegeven, wortelen zijn niet mijn meest favoriete groenten. Ik hou persoonlijk niet zo van de smaak van wortelen, maar ik kan je vertellen: deze soep is echt heel lekker.&nbsp; \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\nProbeer hem dus zeker een keer uit, ook als je niet zo van wortelen houdt.<\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Ingredi\u00ebnten: <\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5>1 grote rode ui<br \/>\nEen halve bos winterwortelen<br \/>\n1 kippen bouillon blokje<br \/>\n2 teentjes knoflook<br \/>\nScheut olijfolie<\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>Benodigdheden: <\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5>Pan met dikke bodem<br \/>\nBlender of staafmixer<\/h5>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>Hoe maak je het? <\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5>Snijd de knoflook en rode ui in plakjes. Fruit dit samen met de olijfolie aan in de pan op laag vuur. Snij ondertussen de wortelen in dunne plakjes. Voeg de wortelen na 5 minuten bij de ui en knoflook, en bak ongeveer 5 minuten mee. Kook ondertussen 500ml water.<\/h5>\n<h5>Voeg nu dit water te samen met een bouillon blokje in de pan bij de wortelen, ui en knoflook en laat dit 20 minuten doorkoken op zacht vuur.
