De wortelen, bananen en stroop geven namelijk al een lekkere zoete smaak<\/h5>\n<h5><strong>Ingredi\u00ebnten: <\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5>2 rijpe bananen<br \/>\n6 kleine wortelen<br \/>\n2 eieren<br \/>\n2 eetlepels stroop<br \/>\n150 gram havermoutmeel<br \/>\n3 gram bakpoeder<br \/>\n1 eetlepel kaneel<br \/>\n1 tl koekkruiden<\/h5>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>Benodigdheden: <\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5>Blender\/mixer<br \/>\n12 muffin vormpjes<br \/>\nkeukenweegschaal<br \/>\nOven<\/h5>\n<h5><\/h5>\n<h5><strong>Hoe maak je het? <\/strong><\/h5>\n<h5>Verwarm de oven voor op 180 graden. Rasp de wortelen in sliertjes. Of mix het even in de blender. Prak de bananen fijn.<\/h5>\n<h5>Meng de spelmeel, kaneel, bakpoeder door elkaar. Mix de eieren, banaan en wortelen door elkaar. Voeg nu het meel mengsel toe en mix tot een glad beslag. Schenk nu het mengsel in de cup cake vormpjes. Ongeveer \u00be van de vorm.<\/h5>\n<h5>Zet nu 20\/25 minuten in de oven tot de vormpjes mooi bruin van kleur zijn. Je kunt met een sat\u00e9 prikker controleren of de cakejes gaar zijn van binnen.
