Vanmorgen zegt Dani tegen mij, mama ik heb zin in cake \ud83d\ude42 <br>Dus hup de keuken in en kijken welke ingredi\u00ebnten ik nog in huis had. Er lagen nog citroenen en ook is er altijd yoghurt in huis. <br>Dus hup aan de slag voor de yoghurt citroen cake<br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoe maak ik die citroen yoghurt cake?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-normal-font-size\"><strong>Ingredi\u00ebnten: <\/strong><br>250 gram havermoutmeel (of zelfrijzend bakmeel) <br>80 gram ongezouten roomboter <br>2 eieren <br>1 eetlepel citroensap <br>Rasp van 1 citroen<br>1 grote appel<br>1 tl Bakpoeder <br>240 gram Griekse yoghurt 10% vet (ander soort kan ook, maar deze werkt het makkelijkste) <br>1 eetlepel honing <br>15 gram zoetstof <br><br>Bereidingswijze: <br>Verwarm de oven voor op 180 graden. Zorg dat de boter zacht is en kneed dit in een kom samen met de zoetstof tot een glad geheel. Voeg nu de eieren en citroensap,  de Griekse yoghurt, en honing toe. Mix alles tot een glad beslag. Schil de appel en snij nu de appel in kleine stukjes. Voeg nu de havermoutmeel en bakpoeder toe. Zodra er geen klontjes meer in zitten kan je de appel door het beslag roeren.
