We zouden dagelijks 250 gram (het liefst nog meer) groenten binnen moeten krijgen. De meeste mensen halen dit niet of nauwelijks. <br>Om ons wat meer bewust te zijn van onze groenten inname gaan we deze week aan de slag. Daarom daag ik jou uit om mee te doen aan de challenge #100gramgroentenvoor12uurchallenge <br><br>Dit betekend dat we gaan proberen om elke dag een week lang 100 gram groenten te eten voor 12 uur smiddags. <br><br>Om het wat makkelijker te maken heb ik een checklist voor je gemaakt voor deze week.
