Voeg nu de yoghurt en citroensap toe. Mix door elkaar. Voeg nu de havermoutmeel en bakpoeder toe en mix rot een glad beslag. Schenk nu het beslag in ingevette cupcake vormpjes en zet voor 25 min in de voorverwarmde oven.
