Snipper de ui, en hak de knoflook fijn.<br \/>\nDoe de lepel olijfolie in de pan en fruit de uitjes en de knoflook aan. Voeg nu de courgette toe en bak deze 3 minuten mee. Hierna voeg je de prei toe en laat je deze weer 3 minuten mee garen om middelhoog vuur. Voeg nu de lepels kerriepoeder toe, en roer door elkaar.<br \/>\nVoeg nu 1 liter water en de 2 bouillonblokjes toe en breng aan de kook. Laat nu 7 minuten zachtjes koken. Snij ondertussen de appel in kleine stukjes. Neem de pan van het vuur, en mix de soep met de behulp van een staafmixer tot een puree.
